An order may be returned within within 15 days of delivery for a full refund, excluding shipping charge. Items must be returned in their original conditions, in an unopened package, and in their original size and length. Returns will not be accepted after 15 days. All credits will be made in the same manner as the payment method used to make the purchase. Most returns will be processed within three weeks after the receipt of the returned merchandise. When making a return, please email us the return item description and reason to epacifictrimming@gmail.com Once we receive your email, we will send you a return confirmation number. Please include this number on your returning package to make your returns. The following items CANNOT be returned or exchanged: • Custom ordered and cut zippers • Merchandise that was purchased by the yard, ribbons, trims, lace, sequins, cords, elastics, chains, etc. • Special ordered items • Opened packages, Rit dye, organic dye, used glues, yarns ,etc. Ship All Returns To: Pacific Trimming Return Department 220 West 38th Street New York, NY 10018 |
